岗位职责：
1.根据项目品牌的的发展战略，建立并完善高效的标准系统、管理流程；
2.执行并监控项目各区域的管理情况，确保品牌标准能系统有效落实，评估项目在管理及经营情况并对存在的问题进行系统的处理
3.负责项目的总体运营和协调管理工作；
4.按照管理公司总部的任务指标，跟进项目的完成情况，及时调整和促进各项目的销售计划，制定经营业绩考核体系并组织落实。
5.通过运营标准管理系统提升品牌及价值，提升对客服务质量，积极拓展会员数量。
6.进行员工培训，提高员工的工作质量和工作效率；
7.完成项目总经理交代的其他工作事宜。

任职要求：
1.全国范围内项目（筹建、出差）
2.专科及以上学历，酒店管理、经济学、工商管理等相关专业，有3年以上星级酒店或景区餐饮管理工作经验者优先；
3.具有很强的责任心，对工作认真负责；
4.有耐心，面对客户的投诉或其他事件有耐心，使事件得到妥善处理；
5.具有敏感的商业和市场意识，具有较强的分析问题及解决问题的能力，具有良好的沟通协调能力，具有良好的应变能力，迅速解决突发事件的能力；
6.熟知酒店或景区的管理知识和具备领导管理能力。
